SAFEcontractor status gained

ATS Euromaster has become one of
the first national tyre specialists to be
accredited by SAFEcontractor, which
assesses the health & safety competency
of contractors and service providers.

The nature of ATS Euromaster’s
business means that its technicians
regularly operate at customers’ sites.

This can range from carrying out a
fleet check through to fitting new
tyres, in environments including
company car parks, distribution
centres, warehouses or even on a
construction site or farm.

ATS Euromaster’s accreditation to
SAFEcontractor saw the company
undergo an in-depth vetting process,
which examined current health and
safety procedures and the firm’s track
record for safe practice, including
policy, risk assessment and first aid. It
also checked ATS Euromaster held the
relevant public, product and
employer’s liability insurance.
