Safety at new levels
In Lebanon’s capital city, the 195 metre high Sama Beirut Tower is set to become the country’s tallest building in 2014.
Signalling Lebanon’s return to landmark architectural developments, the construction project has also seen COMBISAFE continue its expansion in the Middle East with the supply and installation of 54 Safety Net Fans.
Offering a projection of 3.3 metres, the Safety Net Fan complies with EN1263 and absorbs falls from up to 6 metres. A mesh density of 60 x 60mm – with an extra fine 20 x 20mm debris net as standard – helps to catch and contain considerably smaller particles, giving the contractor and workers on site peace of mind.
