Seventh heaven for Nationwide Platforms

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

Nationwide Platforms, a UK market leader in powered access, has been awarded the RoSPA Gold accolade for the seventh consecutive year after once again demonstrating outstanding standards in occupational safety and health.

Established in 1956 by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), the highly-respected annual award scheme is designed to celebrate the achievements of businesses which show continuous commitment to accident and ill-health prevention.

Jeremy Fish, Nationwide Platforms MD, said: “To be awarded RoSPA Gold for the seventh consecutive year not only puts us at the forefront of safety within our industry but also alongside leading businesses throughout the UK. And as a business that provides safe working at height solutions, the safety of our customers and employees is, and always will be, our number one priority.”

Julia Small, RoSPA head of awards and events, added: “To win an award at such a highly- regarded event as the RoSPA Awards is a great achievement for our winners. It recognises their commitment to maintaining an excellent health and safety record and raises the bar for other organisations to aspire to.”
