Smaller capacity

A stylish new MI range of industrial
counterbalanced forklift trucks from
Manitou is being distributed across
Europe. There are 12 smaller capacity
MI models with maximum load
capacity options of 1500kg, 1800kg,
2000kg, 2500kg, 3000kg and 3500kg.

Buyers can select either Yanmar diesel
or Nissan LPG engines, and duplex or
triplex masts to provide maximum lift
heights of 3.3m to 6.5m.

The machines are designed to be
easy to drive and maintain with no
electronics. The cab area is spacious
and easy to enter, and visibility is good
with a clear view mast whose tilt
cylinders are neatly positioned out of
sight under the floor. Operator
controls are said to be intuitive and
smooth, and there is the option of a
fully enclosed cab with heating.
