Notify from Control F1 is a smart software platform for capturing and managing health and safety incidents and events such as near misses, hazards, risks and injuries.
Notify is said to reduce corporate risk and increase safety in the workplace. Incidents can be captured via mobile or web app, automatically delegated to the relevant personnel, and then investigated, monitored and resolved, closing the circle.
Managers can monitor KPIs in real-time, capture supporting information and notes, and create action plans through a secure portal. The easy-to-use system provides an instant snapshot of current incidents, and a full audit trail so that performance can be measured and trends identified.
Notify is already being used by Travis Perkins across its entire group of businesses, including Wickes, Primaflow and Benchmarx, to keep over 24,000 staff members safe.
A branch manager at Travis Perkins said: “I have downloaded the app to my phone which was fast and simple. We had a near miss today at my branch so I decided to use the app to load the incident. It took no more than a few minutes to do on my phone. I do feel this new method to report incidents is brilliant.”
