Stainless steel safety

Qimarox has reduced the delivery time for the stainless steel version of its Securyfence safety fencing system.

All stainless steel panels, columns, doors and other components are in stock and can be delivered within a few days. At the same time, Qimarox has expanded its stainless steel range. Panels with a maximum width of 1495mm are now also available in stainless steel.

In the food processing and pharmaceutical industries where strict hygiene rules apply, stainless steel is the standard when it comes to machines and machine guarding. All too often, however, a request for a stainless steel version means customisation, leading to long delivery times.

Qimarox has made a name for itself with its successful Securyfence safety fencing system, which is also available from stock in stainless steel. This means that food processing and pharmaceutical companies can install a screening system that meets all the safety requirements within days.

Qimarox has also expanded its Securyfence stainless steel range. The widest panel (measuring 1495 mm across) has recently also become available in stainless steel. This means that fewer columns are now needed to create a secure and reliable safety fencing system, which makes Securyfence an even more attractive investment.

The mesh panels are now available in six different standard widths, ranging from 225 to 1495 millimetres. Thanks to the fine mesh size of 40 by 40 mm, it is safe to place the panels close to machines.

Securyfence is a flexible and modular safety fencing system. Their distinctive profiled mesh panels ensure added stiffness and thus greater safety. Securyfence is surprisingly easy to install, partly due to the profiling. The mesh panels are namely fixed to the vertical posts with horizontal pipes, which can be threaded through the mesh of the mesh panels. The ends of the tubes are then fitted to the posts using bolts.

Thanks to their simple but effective design, the Securyfence safety fencing systems are not only strong but also flexible and quick to customise. All the installers need to do is cut and/or saw the mesh panels and tubes to size. The Securyfence safety fencing system meets all requirements of the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive.
