Total loading bay solutions

Easilift Loading Systems has
formalised its arrangement
with existing supplier Laweco
in a contract that sees the
loading bay specialist become
sole UK distributor for
Laweco’s range of scissor lifts
and loading platforms.

As part of the deal, Laweco
is being integrated into
Easilift’s infrastructure, with
the company’s Jon Tridgell
becoming Easilift’s new
operations director. Easilift
Loading Systems has
supplied Laweco products for
a number of years, but the
new arrangement enables
greater integration to provide
total loading bay solutions
and a shortened supply chain
for customers.

“Laweco products are a
complementary fit for
Easilift’s own range of dock
pods, levellers and platforms,
so it makes good commercial
sense to bring together our
products and expertise,” John
Tridgell says.

The partnership with
Laweco has already seen
Easilift supply in excess of
300 double-deck trailer
(DDT) lifting platforms into
the UK since 2004.

Alongside its recently
announced UK partnership
with Dynaco, Easilift’s
agreement with Laweco
reinforces the company’s
growing status as a ‘one stop
shop’ offering comprehensive
installation and servicing of
bespoke loading bay
solutions.
