Triple vibration damping

With its GBH 8-45 DV Professional
8kg rotary hammer, Bosch claims to
offer an exceptionally powerful tool
that is also low in vibration. It is
powered by a 1500W motor and
works with an impact energy of 12.5
joules. This enables breakthroughs to
be drilled quickly in walls or ceilings.

The ‘Turbo Power’ function of the
GBH 8-45 DV Professional aids
optimised performance in chiseling
mode because it uses the energy
required for the rotation in drilling
mode. This increases chiseling
performance and enables cable ducts
to be cut or floor tiles to be removed
extremely quickly.

Due to its triple vibration
damping, the GBH 8-45 DV
Professional has a permitted
operating time of more than three
hours per day. The damping system
consists of a mass damper integrated
into the alumin ium cap, a decoupled
main handle and a vibrationoptimised
hammer mechanism.
